who tries to sign up for camp online, he or she will be instructed to get your help
to fill out the form. If your child fills out the Information Request Form, we will
respond to that request while asking your child for your name and email
address. We'll then e-mail you to inform you of your child's request, and let you
know that a brochure is being mailed to your residence. At this time, you will
have the opportunity to request that we make no further use of the collected
information, including deleting it from our records. You also have the right at any
