Eric and Teri Naftulin founded Aloha Keiki Camp in 1999 to give boys and girls an exciting alternative to traditional day camps and to make the typically rigid camp enrollment process easier for parents with a unique day-by-day enrollment process versus the traditionally rigid "session enrollment" required by other camps. Eric and Teri have over 45 years of combined experience operating summer camps in Los Angeles. Eric manages the camp's business affairs and Teri runs the camp office. Teri is also active in the American Camp Association's accreditation process where she observes other camps to ensure they comply with industry standards.
Aloha Beach Camp Staff - Featured in the LA Times!
The Los Angeles Times says we "set the bar high" when hiring staff...and you will, too! Our counselors are chosen for the ability to work with kids in a leadership capacity, plus serve as positive role models. Each must pass a rigorous multi-phase interview process including drug testing and a criminal background check. Counselors are typically at least 19 years old, trained lifeguards and CPR and First Aid certified.
